Lost Creek Canyon

"One of my favorite short hikes! When it rains there's a pleasant little waterfall at the end of the normal hike. For the more adventurous there's a whole canyon above the waterfall that is a wonderful off path trek and climb."

"Easy trail with a small waterfall at the end. Spring had some beautiful wildflowers to check out. Trail is well defined, perfect for kids. Waterfall is often more like drops than a flow of water, but still refreshing on a hot day."

"Probably my new favorite spot in Red Rock besides the First Creek waterfall. It’s a nice quick hike and it takes you to a beautiful wooded canyon, and it is quite the sight to see the ‘waterfall’ (trickling snow melt or monsoon runoff depending on season) emerge from behind the trees in the middle of the Mojave Desert. The trail is well maintained and is suitable for hikers of all ages. I would allow for half an hour here."
