"I worked with Scott King at the Clive location as my supplier for a large multi-family contract. The entire experience of working with Scott King and Flooring America was exceptional. Attentive service, competitive pricing, and quick turnaround times from order to delivery. Every pallet of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and ceramic tile is consistently delivered and unloaded from the truck in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with Flooring America and highly recommend them. I will continue to do business with Scott King at Flooring America."

"On recommendation from our contractor, who was heading up the project of insurance remodeling we used Flooring America out of Clive. The carpet itself looks nice. However, the vinyl that they put down I believe was installed subpar and they made several stops to finish it and they still haven’t done that yet. In fact, I came home finding them using a butcher block cutting board to hold down vinyl flooring in a bathroom so that the glue would take hold. Very disgusting! Told the contractor about this as well as vinyl flooring that is not securely glued to the subfloor, and there is one where they have not come back to put in a transition between the vinyl flooring and the carpet This was told to the contractor as well, and still nothing has been done about it. This may seem small, but we pointed this out several times. In my opinion, Flooring America only does good work if it is not being done for insurance purposes. It has been several weeks since they have installed the vinyl flooring in the downstairs bathroom and still have not returned. Fix the issues and to install the transition. Why they cannot keep materials on their truck to finish the job in one stop is beyond me and you will see where the final flooring and other parts of the house are peeling up as well. I have not had a phone call from Mike Lee, the manager at Clive Flooring America as to issues with the installation which leads me to believe that the contractor possibly has not relayed this to them or they are choosing not to because it is Insurance work. If you can’t do your 100% best at your job, 100% of the time then why even do it? Find another profession cause it shouldn’t matter if you’re remodeling due to insurance and water damage or if you’re doing it because the family decided they need to remodel their house. At the end of the day, You are still being paid to do a job do it right and if you can’t do it right let the customer know so they can find somebody who can. I am giving them two stars due to the fact that they did pretty decently on the carpet."

"We had Flooring America replace all of the carpet within our home. They provided flexible scheduling of the work across 4 days to allow us to move furniture ourselves and limit disruption to our daily schedules. Danny was our sales associate and he was always helpful throughout the process of making our selections as well as scheduling the work to be done. The installers were Ryan and Cody for all 4 days. They were on time and courteous throughout the process. They listened to any concerns we had and provided ways to accomplish their tasks as well as ours. They always cleaned up after their work too, not leaving anything for us to clean up. They also provided some temporary setup to allow moving of furniture out of the way for the next days tasks. The team used by Flooring America was great. I hope to not have any flooring needs in the future, but I would certainly hire them again if any needs arose."
