"I usually don’t post reviews about other business’s as I am a business owner myself and have ran multiple retail locations for several years. However what I just experienced this morning I feel must be shared. I went into Sherwin-Williams needing help finding paint for several big projects we are about to do at our business. When I walked in the door there was no one out front. So I looked around for several minutes thinking someone would come out which never happened. Meanwhile there were about 6 people in back all standing in a circle talking. This conversation might I add was extremely unprofessional and one gentleman continued to use the F word several times. At this point I went up to the front desk where they continued to ignore me and chat in the back. Finally one girl saw me and when I expected an apology for being ignored for so long and the conversation I clearly over heard she simply stated “we will be right with you”. At this point I was so frustrated I left the store. This was my first and last experience with sherwin Williams."
