When they could find them, they offered to send information to a specific supplier to track down what I need. They could have easily said, "sorry, don't have it". They went way above and beyond. "Truckers with 53 foot trailers. Bring your backing skills. The dock is right across from the post office. Going to need to go over a curb and can't straighten out because the gate is in the way. I parked overnight on a Sunday night in front of the store. Close to downtown. People are nice."
