"its been days, weeks, months since i have received a reply back about my license! I cant call either cause the voice message inbox is full. How can a huge organization like this not respond to emails / calls and not be contacted at all??? this is our careers on the line and they are just messing around and not taking anything seriously except when they want to fine us or cite us for our mistakes. When it comes to taking away our license they act fast, but anything else could take years! Seriously!!! answer your phone calls, clear your inboxes, and answer your emails!!!! DOES ANYONE EVEN WORK HERE?!"
