"Upon arriving for dinner on a Sunday evening, there were several people waiting to be seated. We were told it would be 30-40 minutes to get a table and we were fine with that. We went out to our car and waited as we were told they would text when our table was ready. At about the 30 minute mark, we decided to go back inside to see if our table was ready. We walked in to find a nearly empty restaurant and no one at the hostess station. We waited for a hostess to arrive for a few minutes. The two young ladies working the hostess station were not trained to provide the level of customer service required for a restaurant of this type. They did not greet us and offered no explanation as to why we did not receive notification that our table was ready. With barely a word, we were taken to a table, menus laid down and she walked away. Our waiter was ok at first. We placed an order for truffle fries for an appetizer, prior to ordering our meal. We then ordered our meal. Shortly after, the meatball appetizer was brought to our table. We said that wasn’t what we ordered- the server who brought this was not our waiter. Shortly after, our waiter came to our table and told us he thought we ordered the meatballs- we said we did not and he said- “ well your appetizer will probably come with your food now” in a kind of annoyed tone. Yet another server brings our food to our table and just drops it in front of us and leaves. Salad was brought out with the meal, without explanation and still no appetizer (and its fries!). About 2/3 of the way through our meal, our appetizer finally comes. After mentioning it to our waiter, he agreed (reluctantly) to take it off our bill. The waiter never came to check on us after we got our meal, because had he come I would have requested some salt but by the time he came by it was a moot point. I had high hopes for this location as I have eaten at the Papillion location and really enjoyed it. The food was good but the service and poor demeanor of all of the staff overshadowed the experience."

"Arrived at the restaurant about 7:10. Got on the waitlist for the evening. Nice app that lets you see how many parties are ahead of you. There were 7 groups ahead of us and a quoted 20-25 minute wait. We were seated within that time range at one of the bar tables. There were still at least 8 parties behind us on the app. There were 3 other tables in the bar area that were empty but needing to be bused. They stayed that way our entire meal. Which is crazy since they had quite a waitlist. We waited about 10 minutes to be greeted by one of the ladies behind the bar. We ordered our food and our salads came out fairly quickly. Greens were fresh and it was a basic house salad. One small cup of dressing was not enough. When our entrees came out we discovered that my husband’s dish was wrong. By the time we got the bartender’s attention my meal was half gone. A new meal was brought out fairly quickly. I ordered the schnitzel and my husband ordered the salmon and risotto. My dish could have used more lemon vinaigrette and less onions in the fried potatoes. Would have been better served with a nice creamy mash. My husband’s risotto was very thick and not very creamy. 1/2 the plate was covered in crispy brussels sprouts. Overall the dish was okay. Flavor and salmon cut on the first dish was much better. We ordered blueberry bread pudding for dessert. It had good flavor and the blueberry coulis was yummy. Would have been better if the bread pudding was warmed up. Server was friendly and knowledgeable, but wasn’t as attentive because she was handling the bar too. Overall meal was okay but probably won’t be back as there are far too many restaurants to try and this one didn’t impress."

"The food was delicious!! The steak was correctly cook very well seasoned. Completed the mash potatoes excellently. The bbq burger was really good. The onion rings are the best around. All round top 10 go to!!! 10 out of 10!!! I love ours drinks. The waitress did an amazing job, she was so sweet and nice!!! And the restaurant itself it’s beautiful and clean, very modern!!!"

"Not bad. Sat in a booth that had some splash marks on the booth wall, so whatever it was, it wasn't something I would guess was art. The server was ok. She was courteous but not overly impressive. The food was good, and it seemed priced according to the quality. Judging between the appetizer (parmesean truffle fries) and my french dip sandwich, the fries won, so if I have the munchies, I will come back for the fries only."

"I decided to try this place out while I was in Papillion, all the pictures posted on Google reviews made it look like a great choice. Upon entering the restaurant the host already had menus in hand and was ready to seat us. We asked if we could sit on the patio since it was a lovely night out and were told “absolutely, follow me” the patio has nice tables and chairs, great lighting, and it’s own server so we didn’t have to wait long to get great service which is sometimes a problem when you sit outside at some restaurants. Our server was very quick, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He was easily able to provide suggestions and was quick with our drinks. The menu featured a lot of items that sounded great and it was honestly hard to settle on just one thing. But I decided to get the French dip and fries, which was fantastic. The desert menu was stacked with incredible sounding options that would be hard for anyone to say no too, but I sadly had to say no because I was full after finishing my French dip. I had a great experience the whole time I was here and would definitely return to eat here again."
