Five Guys

"Food is good, but the price is outrageous. It cost $41 and change for a hotdog, a bacon cheese hot dog, a single patty cheeseburger, a single patty bacon cheeseburger, 2 drinks and a small fry. I could have taken my 3 kids for a sit down meal with an appetizer at Texas Roadhouse for the same price. And someone missed the memo on the fries at this location. Typically 2 small fries is too much for me and my 3 kids, so I ordered just 1 small fry. Instead of the typical obligatory scoop dump of fries overflowing the fry cup in the bag, we got maybe 15 fries in the cup."

"I was craving a really good burger and a really good burger is what I got!! Ashley a manager there, did a amazing job helping me figure out what to order as surprise surprise I’ve never been… lived in Omaha all my life and never been here or even thought about it if you was fresh really good burgers come here!!! We will also be returning for the excellent service of Ashley!"

"Fries were OK. Burgers were just ok which is why I gave them only 2 stars on the food because they are extremely expensive. 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a large fries was over $32 and for that price I expected to be blown away on taste and was let down. I could've ordered the same thing from Culver's and got just as good burgers for around $15 cheaper."

"It's been 10+ years since I've been to a Five Guys and this experience was a bit of a let down. It wasn't all bad per se. Food was good and came out quickly, and the staff were friendly. But, walking in, the place seemed a bit dreary, kind of old and worn out looking. The lights were on, but it still seemed dim inside. Also the air inside was "thick" of grease... Luckily it was nice outside so that's where we sat so we wouldn't get a coating of grease built up on us while we ate. And I know inflation has been crazy lately but dang...$10 just for a cheeseburger, no drink or fries. And when I got my bag of food, the fries were dumped in it seems, so I had to find my burger under a pile of fries. So while the food was tasty, coming back after a decade hiatus was disappointing, at least for me. Your mileage will vary, of course."

"This was definitely the worst experience we have had with five guys... The regular fries was very small with a lot of small bits. Additionally, my cheeseburger was completely destroyed in the wrapping."
