"I have been to this shop multiple times for pedicures and have been impressed. When my regular nail tech at another shop told me she would be out of the country to visit her mom, I decided to get a manicure here. BIG MISTAKE!! Dan was so rough with my nails while removing my old gel and cleaning up my cuticles but that’s not where it ends. After putting on my new gel, I noticed that the color was streaky and was not smooth. I brought this to his attention and at first it felt like he was trying to tell me he didn’t see what I was seeing. He then took the drill to my nails again to redo the gel, this didn’t solve the issue because the gel was still uneven and lumpy. I told him I just wanted it off, I didn’t want to choose another color. He took the drill to my nails for the THIRD time and filed off layers of my natural nail with it. I’m left with damage to just about every one of my nails, they’re paper thin and painful. I will spend months getting my nails back to where they used to be. This place is great for pedis but I will never trust them for a mani ever again. *the photo is my nails with a strengthener on them to keep them from breaking."

"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was so impressed that I just had too. I went in for an appointment for an acrylic set. The moment I walked in, I was greeted & seated within seconds. My nail tech was Henry & he was amazing. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (red with some gold sparkles) and he looked at it for not even a full second & told me he could do it. My appointment was at 4:15 and I left at 5:45. Some people may complain about how long it took, but Henry took his time. He is extremely articulate, accurate, and gentle. I’m a nail biter / picker and he was so gentle and slow while doing my nails. I was incredibly impressed by his patience because while doing my nails he was answering the phone, taking new appointments and greeting walk ins/appointments. Even though having to walk away, he never once expressed any negative feelings or aggravation. Henry was seriously amazing. I’ve been to so many salons, but nobody could hold a candle to how great he did my nails. 10,000/10. I’ll continue going here as long as Henry is there."
