"We couldn't find anyone out on the floor to ask questions about the products and when we purchased them, we were surprised at how expensive it was. Also I wasn't really impressed with the quality or the performance of the items. Aesthetically they were nice to look at, I'm going to turn a negative into a positive and donate them to the local animal shelter. I believe they'll get better use out of them than I did."

"Was passive aggressively shamed for my doodles undercoat matting where their harness lays. We brush him multiple times a week and he is by no means mistreated. They cut off the matted part and put it in a plastic bag by the register to shame us when we picked him up. The grooming service itself was good but we won’t be returning due to the customer service."

"PetSmart called me 30 minutes after dropping off my 8 month old 15 lb puppy, claiming he is a safety hazard and needs to be picked up and not welcome to return. They did not tell me how he was a safety concern and he is completely submissive. I feel the staff is not trained to calm down an excited / scared puppy and it’s disappointing they don’t put more effort into training their staff."

"Great variety for a wide selection of pets and you can occasionally catch a GREAT DEAL (black Friday people! You need to stock up on black Friday). Normally a little pricey but a thrifty shopper can get what they need with a reasonable budget."

"Corporate has been notified, but Evelyn is a rude and condescending person. Will NEVER step foot in the SW location ever again. The blonde haired female manager is no better as she laughed and smiled during our exchange. Way to make a customer feel heard. Oh and Evelyn...merry christmas"
