"Almost non-existent customer service, got a bit worse when I went up to the register to ask for help finding a boot. They don’t carry Keen Cincinnati boots which happens I get it, the guy said he wears them and had to order off the website himself. My rub is he seemed uninterested in helping and told me to try on other Keen hiking shoes to get an idea of the fit to order online. The shoes aren’t constructed like boots with zero similarity. Not the end of the world, but Boot Barn won’t get my money in the future and I’ll definitely point people who ask about boots in a different direction"

"Work boot selection is abysmal unless you are a size 8. If you are above size 12 you might stumble upon a boot, and if you're very lucky it might be something you like."

"My husband and I waned to get him some new work boots after looking for about 15 minutes finally someone asked us if we needed help but by then we already found what we needed after 2 days of having them we returned them (never put them on besides in the store) soon as we walked in to return them we stated why we were there we were very uncomfortable with the employees trying ti decide who was going to help us. The employee who helped up hands down should not be able to work with customer. She had unbelievably amount of attitude towards my husband and I. She would talk under her breath the whole time asking us about our address and email just for a simple return. My husband works for the rail road and goes threw boots so fast so having a boot barn close to where we live was must but was quickly disappointed with the lack of customer server we received. Never will we return. Get your act together."

"I purchased a pair of boots " $300.00" on August 4th, and wore them just a few times. Then my foot was wet when it rained. Went back to the store to ask about it and the fella " Dave" behind the counter was very rude stating " boots are like tires you have to change the treads every now and again" this was after I reminded him that I jist bout them not even 40 days ago. Very poor product, even worse customer service."
