"Ordered bigger order, about 45 items planning a holiday trip to Europe to visit grand kids. Only 7 items they had in store. 37 items were ordered for "ship to store". All done earlier to have enough time for shipping and store pick up. On Nov.26 visited store to check on order. My order was nowhere to be found. Store in complete mess and they couldn't find it. Called customer service and found out that my order was delivered on time on Nov.22 to store. After searching the store again all they can say is "we apologize for inconvenience" and issued refund that takes 1-2 days but because of holiday took longer. And I running at last moment around other stores to buy different stuff for my grand kids. So last time I order anything from Carter's. Shop in store may be OK but ordering is disappointing for me and my grand kids. The employees had no clue what they are doing or looking for. Customer service over the phone was great but unfortunately they couldn't help me at last moment and there is nothing they can do. Carter's, it is useless if you have good customer service and great warehousing and shipping departments but your store personnel is at low level."
