"I use their pharmacy to get my medication and this time I was very disappointed. I went today (Saturday) because I was out of two of my medications that I need. There was a sign saying the pharmacist wasn’t on duty. I was immediately upset because now I have to go until Monday in order to get my medication that i’m out of and need."

"Came to this location after having a difficult time at another one to do a simple exchange on an item I bought 2 days ago (with the receipt) and had no trouble at all! Staff was helpful and friendly!"

"I just called for my prescription that they've had for days and I was never notified via text, though the woman said I was supposed to have been. After being on the phone, I just then received a text and call about it being delayed. Just shut this place down and concentrate on different places that can handle the volume. I have a lot more but won't even bother."

"Although this location is farther away, it's worth it for the good customer service. The Walgreen's that is less than 5 minutes away is fully staffed with rude employees. The Ingersoll branch, although short staffed, has mainly been a good experience, my meds are filled correctly (the other charges me each time...), and I like the main pharmacist. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!"

"Just spent 38 min waiting in the drive through line only to be told that they had misplaced my prescription and that I should come back Monday. They did give me 5 pills to tie me over, but it’s really frustrating that I wasted all that time. Edit*** I came back Monday and was told that they don’t know when they will have it in because the pharmacist working Friday messed up by giving me the partial fill so now they can’t order it from their supplier because is a partial dose."
