"If I can give them 0 stars I would. Horrible with online orders. Constantly delayed or cancelled. Then I get to the store they have everything there that was on the list."

"Pharmacy review only. And one star because it won’t let give them no stars or a half. Terrible, customer service. We have many prescriptions and are researching better pharmacies after today’s dishonest debacle. I emailed corporate to hopefully get something resolved, a vm out to the BBB and my lawyer."

"Pharmacy only review for this location. Horrible customer service!! When trying to simply get clarity on misinformation told by one rep about coverage she didn’t want to assist when I Came back for clarity 10 minutes later; so you could see her go back to talk to another rep so he comes to the front to talk about my insurance coverage vs her . I was simply asking questions to gain a understanding because what she said did not make sense and was not correct. he was raising his voice being very rude when that wasn’t even called for. Worst location for prescriptions. Especially if you don’t want to help people understand what your trying to explain."

"NEW PRESCRIPTION waited two days no contact .i call they said order ready.lady very rude tells me if i dont come in the morning will be put back???? get up first thing go to walgreens order not ready.go home empty handed.this place is the worst.i wouldnt go there but close to my house."

"Strongly reconsidering the fact that I moved all my Rxs to Walgreens. A Rx my son no longer takes was on auto refill and when I picked mine up I also paid for his thinking it was a different Rx. Didn't realize thus until I got home and I took the UNOPENED bag, still stapled shut back the next day. I was told that because it left the pharmacy I couldn't return it. I would understand this is I brought back just a bottle but it was still in the bag and UNOPENED or tampered with which they could clearly see. I ended up throwing it away in their disposal box which they would have done anyway. Thankful it was only $10 with insurance unlike the $163 without, however in today's horrible economy, $10 is actually very valuable. This is very disappointing Walgreens, do better."
