"I went to the store to exchange some jeans I had bought online. Staff was very unfriendly and snarky. No one even said hi or acknowledged I was there at first when I went to the counter. They finally helped me and I went to go find the jeans, I couldn’t, and I asked for help. The worker I asked then proceeded to have an attitude, THEN tells me they don’t even carry one of the jeans in store… why would you not tell me that in the first place? And you’re gonna be rude to me? Give me a break. I understand working in retail is not very fun, as I do as well. But I was kind to the staff and expected that in return. I like Hollister clothing and was disappointed in my experience at this location."
