"I love the sturdiness of Duluth and have never had an issue with their products but what lowered my rating is that I ordered a coat and I do understand this a busy time but the coat I ordered was placed on back order for 10 days from the order date. I contacted customer service and the gal I talked to was very sweet but when I asked if I could exchange the coat for a different one that was the same price they were not doing that, I asked about maybe free expedited shipping once it was back in stock and they weren't able to do that either. I love in Iowa which can have brutal temperatures and now I will have to wait over a month to receive a winter coat and I will already be 1/3 of the way through our winter by the time it reaches me. I have no problems about who I spoke with but Duluth come on and do better by your customers, if they order something and then receive an email that it's on back order when it showed it was in stock online, that isn't their fault and you should really do your best to help your customers whether it be exchanging a coat for the same price or covering the price for expedited shipping. So they don't have to go almost 4 weeks without a coat."
