"I went in to the pro shop today to get a brand new ball fitted and drilled with minimal knowledge of the process. The guy working took the time to explain the process and get me taken care of. I think it took about a half an hour max, and I was very satisfied when I walked out. I will definitely be back with any bowling equipment needs in the future."

"We bought bowling balls and bags for our kids here. The workers were very good with the kids and patient while they took measurements to drill the holes. They took about 30 minutes to get everything ready, during which time we went and got some food. When we came back, they had the kids roll the balls on the alley's carpet to make sure the holes were spaced and sized correctly. A good experience overall. Only complaint is that the parking lot for the alley, and therefore the shop, is in serious need of repair."
