"I purchased two blouses online. They didn't work so I read that I could return them in store or mail in. I went to the store and they said they were outlet items and they couldn't take the return in store. We don't have an outlet near us. So I'm returning them via UPS and not getting my shipping refunded. Even the clerk in store said it should be more transparent that store couldn't accept online purchase returns from outlets. So this purchase cost me $9.00 shipping and a trip to the mall for nothing. I won't be purchasing from Banana Republic again and I'll make sure my friends know about this. I hope out of decency to your customer you will make it apparent that outlet items cannot be returned in store and they will not be reimbursed for shipping."
