"Yesterday I was in there with my grandma. We were shopping for me. She was looking at one sale rack and I was looking at another. I watched the 3 girls working looking at her and talking amongst themselves. Not sure what they were judging her for but they didn’t get our business. Maybe it was because she doesn’t have dyed hair, 6 piercings in her face and 12 inch boots. Will not be stepping in this store again."

"Love zumiez to death and this location is one of my favorites. Super friendly staff and helpful too! I was in for like 3 hours just chatting it up and crafting fits with a worker haha. She put me on some heat too so shoutout her. She had on all lurking class so she knows how fire their brands are. I didn’t get her name but all the staff there are gems of people."
