"As an alumni of the U of I, I love to show my spirit by wearing an Iowa gear. But I’m real disappointed in the quality of the items that you’re selling at your shop especially since you post that proceeds benefit the university of Iowa. Purchased a tee shirt for 17.99 and you can see through it, you can buy a better quality Iowa themed T-shirt at Walmart ?! Do better especially for items that are made by other companies that aren’t endorsed by the university of Iowa."

"Great location but that is it. Not a great selection and what is is over priced. Most of the T shirts are 100% cotton. Very few Dri-fit stuff which is what I like. And the caps for the most part are real small - like for a middle school kid. Some cool memorabilia but that's it."

"Two stars only cause Hawkeye store. The amount of shirts(non Nike) for men who need 3xl is comical and nonexistent. Looking for an affordable tshirt, only options were $35+. Disappointed"

"We tried to exchange a shirt that was too big for our daughter. We bought the correct size but it ran large. We had the receipt and the tag but the tag wasn't attached. They refused to exchange it. We realize that is their policy, but it's a poor policy. Now I need to buy a $10 clothes tagging gun on Amazon in order to return a $50 shirt."

"Bought a $70 sweatshirt. Didn’t fit right due to defect. Tried exchanging for the same sweatshirt but was turned down because tag was not attached. Had the receipt, had the tag, but now stuck with a sweatshirt that doesn’t fit right. I realize looking at the receipt that it says that as their policy, but a simple exchange should not be that difficult. I will no longer shop here. Change the exchange policy and I may consider buying here again. Other than that I will buy elsewhere"
