"Applied for a home loan, most shallow, unfriendly experience ever!! Not only was it far from a personable experience, but I was completely uncomfortable and simply felt far from good enough. Here, I thought locally would provide me with the best experience, or at least a more personal friendly one. Unfortunately, I can't even say thanks for the clear communication and all my options for my family's future."

"I was a walk in and customer relations was able to fit me in, I was super appreciative for that. I loved the overview of the app with her, and she got me set up super fast. The best part was my bank teller who was taking my deposit talked Disney with me, that was the best. Not to mention counting at record breaking speed lol."

"I’ve been with US Bank for almost 9yrs! Even if I’m second in line for the drive through, goodness they TAKE FOREVER! Ridiculously slow tellers! I hate the US Bank on Hamilton but I still use it because it’s close to my home. Preferably I like the one downtown. They are speedy even with 15 cars in line!"

"They put their 7 dollar cashing fees on those cashing their customers checks. They need way to much sensitive info social security numbers? Talk about a joke, I will never deal with them again. If you don't mind have your life exposed to possible fraud that's on you."
