"We have been members for five months now and have had difficulties throughout. On multiple occasions there has been miscommunication where we were told debit cards were ready to be picked up only to drive to the single location where that can be done to find out there were not ready as we were told. Their policies are not customer forward - example even payroll checks that are received are put on a one day hold. We have never had this occur at other banks or credit unions. Other financial institutions make all or a large portion of the payroll immediately available. We have also had a number of occasions where associates have not had good information when asked what are really quite common questions. Not impressed at this time."
