The professional courtesy aside, they are very good at what they do. Due to the technicians having nursing degrees, they are quite knowledgeable. The pain, of which they are always mindful, is minimal. The results however, are not. My only regret in this whole process is that I didn't do it sooner. If you're considering hair removal services, do yourself a favor and choose Milan. I'm glad I did. Edit: I forgot to mention that your information is retained in their company's database, meaning that you can use any Milan to cover treatments if you move. Though I'd miss the staff at the Coralville site, personally."
