"I had the worst customer service in there. I recently had to have surgery on my foot.. and the ladies working there just looked at me as if I was bugging them coming into the store. I was on a scooter, they just looked up at me and never got off the ground.. I believe they were doing a reset on their store. Never asked me while shopping if I needed help. Nothing. I have never been so disheartened at a store.. especially, being in a position where I can’t walk, well. They never gave me my receipt and was straight up rude. This was the second time I’ve come here and I’ll never come back. At the register I even asked the lady, the manager if she was having a good day. She never asked me any questions back.. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. I have my license to go to Cosmo prof and SalonCentric and I’ll stick to going there."

"I usually stop in here for hair color, deep conditioner, developer, measuring bottles, and nail polish. Sometimes I have questions, or am not sure which works best, etc. Nearly all the employees I have encountered have been very pleasant and helpful. Some have been more knowing about some of the products. Overall, they have great customer service. I think most Sally's carry similar merchandise. The selection of products is vast. I've enjoyed some time just walking through and looking. Its inspiring. If you havent been to Sally's, you should go."

"Love their 75% off sale. Went in for just hair dye and spent over $25 .00 On other items. So many savings. Manager at Altoona, Is store is helpful and knowledgeable."

"I wish the one lady would be more experienced or trained because she always has to ask the manager which I am okay with that but what if the manager wasn't there? Other then that, a lot of deals, clean area and they greet you well."

"I'm giving this particular Sally's two stars due to I love Sally's in general, however, the manager, LINDA, at this location is a witch. She is very rude, and will sneer at you if you choose a hair color that "she" doesn't think would be right on you. IT'S NOT YOUR FREAKING CHOICE, LINDA! GET A CLUE! And don't even think about bringing your children into the store with you, she will make them feel awful as well. I will definitey be going to a different Sally's."
