I always get compliments and I always tell everyone to go see Heather at Cost Cutters in Altoona! The salon is always clean and everyone is always greeted and waited on in a timely manner. The products I’ve been recommended are always awesome and suited to my hair type. The prices are reasonable and much lower than some of the salons I’ve gone to in the past.
