"so I took my niece to go get her nails done for her 18th birthday and we were looking up some places online and found this place and thought OK maybe this might be a good place so we walk in it's very beautiful great aesthetic looks like a good vibe when you walk in nice and modern but once we got past the pedicure and onto our manicure it seemed like the service kind of changed keep in mind you don't get the same artist you get a different nail tech once you move from your pedicure to your manicure anyways so my niece brings in a picture that she would like for them to apply on her Nails and they said OK yeah we can do that first off they gave her some really wide thick nails that look like I know that's a style but that is not what she requested! then we asked them to change the polish and do a different simple French manicure and I will add the video to show you what they gave her it was so sloppy it's like they didn't know how to do a manicure but also we were there for about two hours towards the end of the night it seem like they were rushing out the door they told us all just wipe the white paint off it should come off with soap and water which we know that does not come off that easily has to be removed with acetone so I said OK we're gonna come back the next day to talk to the manager or someone who can fix it or refund us our money so we get there today and they were at first gonna just refund the money but then kinda talk to us and let us know that they could maybe do the design that we showed them we change the design and what do you know no one could even do the design which it was just regular dip nails with a gold manicure that's it that's all and they couldn't even do that so I that's her aunt had to go and get the paint myself and make the design on her nails I don't know I felt some kind of way I felt like they were not friendly at all when they were doing our nails they weren't laughing and they weren't giggling they weren't trying to converse but when they were doing everybody else's nails it was OK I don't want to say it was for any specific reason but I am a person of color and so is my niece and we were generally in a predominantly Caucasian area And you could kinda tell the difference in treatment with a different customers from the two day experience. We were not looking for anything like that nor do we even think like that but it just really sucked to have to have that experience on my nieces 18-year-old birthday and will not recommend or ever come back here again"

"Went in for an eyebrow wax, and the lady was very gentle and polite. She checked with me a couple of different times during the wax to make sure I was happy with things as she was going. She added Vaseline on my eyebrows afterward and even gave me an eyebrow massage! That was a first for me and was a nice touch to make the experience better. I'll definitely be going back in the future!"

"I have been going to OMG about twice per month since they opened in July 2022 for a pedicure and dip. The establishment is clean and comfortable. Lucy and Mimi do great work and are pleasant to be around. The business is run well and professional. I highly recommend OMG."

"The atmosphere is great. A beautiful clean space and relaxing environment. But my tech was more concerned about his lunch than giving me a pedicure. As I sat in the chair he was sitting in front of me ordering his lunch. He didn’t take the time to push back my cuticles so my pedi definitely doesn’t look fresh. He did a great job massaging my right leg and foot and I was sure to compliment him. But then he barely worked on my left leg?! Like he just ran out of time. Noticeably unbalanced. He was a nice enough guy but he disappeared and never came back. Left my toe separators in, never thanked me or said goodbye. Just gone to eat lunch. I was there with my sister so her tech ended up letting me know I was ok to head up front and pay but I definitely didn’t receive the same service as my sister. However, less than a week later both of us already have chipping on our nails. It would be one thing to have bad service with a good polish that lasts….but I don’t think I’ll be back. Too bad-beautiful place!"
