I actually requested the stylist, Julia originally after a recommendation from a previous stylist. She has cut and highlighted my hair on multiple occasions since. I've always loved Cost Cutters because of the friendly atmosphere, great prices and excellent stylists. The salon products are usually pretty expensive, but have found they are overall better for my hair in the long run. I would recommend this place to others looking for a change in hair."
