"Awful. Took almost two hours for French tips. Asked for acrylic they did dip instead then covered it in nail polish. Got these nails done Wednesday the 13th of March, Friday the 15th of March left pointer finger fell off, and had it fixed. Now the 16th of March my middle finger on my left hand has just fallen off after reaching into my purse. Are you kidding me. Awful just awful, will never be back.. EDIT: less than an hour after i made this post yet another nail has popped off. Im requesting a refund! EDIT: Two hours in to my day, and a third nail pops off. I DEMAND A REFUND!!"
"Went here for the very first time as my old salon hasn't been doing so hot! I knew it was going to be a great experience as soon as I walked in the door I was right! I was immediately offered a seat and complimentary selection of drinks. They had a large selection of colors and they did a great job giving me exactly what i wanted. AND MORE! "My mom and I went to 4 seasons in Grimes for a last minute girls day. We were met with excellent customer service as well as beautiful work done on our nails. We had a few questions / things we wanted different as the techs were working and they listened & did what we asked. 10/10 will continue to go here from now on. FYI no credit card tips accepted but they do accept venmo & have an on sight ATM with no service fee."
"This is hands down our favorite nail salon! The technicians here are extremely talented at what they do. My nails almost look fake due to how perfectly they are painted and trimmed. The polish is smooth and flawless. The manicure they perform is thorough and painless, even the cuticle treatment! Even though they were busy, they assured me they had time to do my design I wanted, and told me this was my time to relax and that they would take care of the rest! This salon provides great service and will leave your nails looking better than they ever have before! Edit: Wanted to share another great experience with this business! Lona is incredibly sweet and incredibly talented and I am SO happy with my nails!"
