"I bought a product from there, the lady was professional, and prices are reasonable for the products. The reason for the two stars is I wanted to return the mousse as it’s too heavy, I called and left a message and 4 wks later still not return call. So, now I am forced to keep mousse and use it even though it leaves my hair greasy. I will use it I guess as a treatment. I won’t purchase or go there as I believe a phone call is in order. So, if they can’t call me back why give them any more of my $"
