Lash Love Beauty Bar

"I was super excited to try Lash Love beauty bar, but when I rescheduled my appointment 3 hours prior 9am Monday morning for a 12pm Monday appointment (they aren’t open on the weekend) due to a positive COVID test, I was charged $50. In their policy, it states that appointments rescheduled within 24 hours are charged a fee. That makes sense, so that they avoid no-shows. But, I called to cancel so that other members of their team and other patrons wouldn't get sick. I wonder how many other people would just show up to the salon with illness to avoid incurring this fee? Really sucks I never got a service preformed and still had this fee, because I was trying to keep their team safe."

"I absolutely love this business and their workers!! Started off with lash lifts a couple years ago those were amazing for a natural look in my opinion. I’ve gotten my eyebrows and the tint done as well absolutely made me feel beautiful. I got lash extensions with Nicole and she is by far the best lash tech I’ve had! Patient and very precise with her work, I feel drop dead gorgeous haha can’t wait to try out the new med spa they have! 10/10 Recommend this place!!"

"I went here to get a keratin lash lift and tint, which is $170. Angela did my lash lift and tint and my eyelashes in the inner corner of my eye ended up criss crossing. So I called to get it fixed and not even a week later it’s still happening. Should be getting some of my money back considering it wasn’t done to a customers expectation even after trying to fix it a second time. Not to mention I tipped when I shouldn’t have. Wouldn’t recommend. UPDATE: Owner reached out, tried to give me a gift card of the total amount I had paid for the service and said I wanted my money back instead because I will not be returning here, ever. Then said she would send out an eyelash serum to help my lashes grow considering they are STILL falling out like crazy. It’s been two weeks and no eyelash serum has showed up in the mail. Ridiculous. Do not say you will send something if you will not even do it."

"Lash Love is absolutely stunning inside. Very clean and organized. The lash techs are insanely kind. Prices are very reasonable, too. When I had my first lash appointment my lashes were short and thin. They suggested a lash serum (which I’m still using) to help them grow so they can support the type of volume I wanted. My natural lashes have grown so much and are healthy and strong thanks to Lash Love! Not only do they do an amazing job giving you *AMAZING* lash extensions, but they genuinely care about your natural lash health! If you are looking for outstanding quality this is the place to go!"
