"Extremely Delayed Online Order Experience at Bawarchi Omaha I recently placed an online order at Bawarchi Omaha and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being informed that my order would be ready in 10 minutes, I ended up waiting for a staggering 55 minutes before receiving it. The excessive delay in fulfilling my order was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. It completely undermined the convenience of ordering online and left me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. Moreover, the lack of communication regarding the delay added to the frustration. There was no attempt to inform me of the delay or provide an explanation for the prolonged wait time, leaving me feeling neglected as a customer. When I finally received my order, the food was lukewarm and lacked the freshness and quality I had expected. It was evident that the prolonged wait had affected the overall quality of the food, further adding to my disappointment. Overall, my experience with Bawarchi Omaha was extremely disappointing. The significant delay in fulfilling my online order, coupled with the lack of communication and subpar food quality, left me with a negative impression. "We chose to come here from a Facebook post and I am so happy we did. The service and food is amazing. All of us ate our fill and have leftovers for another meal. We started with Veg Samosas and quickly devoured them. The mixed Tandoori Grill was so good and there is a lot of meat, well worth the price. The Lamb Tikka Masala was just as tasty. We ordered the Gulab jamun for dessert and will definitely order again when we return. The menu is massive. We will definitely be back."

"This is one of the best Bawarchi restaurants in the country within the chain network. The food is authentic and very flavorful. I had the mango lassi, chicken 65 (dry) appetizer, Bawarchi mix grill entree and the apricot delight for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious especially the dessert. Highly recommend! Fair warning, the service can be somewhat slow but that's generally because this place is fairly busy and the business has limited staff, but otherwise the service was good."

"The food was good. I haven't found a dish that I like yet, but I will come again to try other dishes as the menu has a huge variety of selections. However, desserts were amazing! I didn't take pictures of the desserts but we got rasmalai and apricot delight (this isn't on the menu but the waiter told us). Rasmalai has a very interesting texture, like soft wet rice, and quite a lot of cardamom flavor. Apricot delight is a piece of bread-like/ sponge cake dipped in milk-ish with apricot jam on top. It was a delight like how it's named. Other than that, I love the naan and 65 (dry) chicken. I will definitely come again to try other chicken dishes as I think the restaurant did a really good job seasoning them."
