Beauty First

"On WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 9TH, after calling the other locations with the one on Dodge being too busy and a stylist at Wright Plaza assuming things I didn't tell her about my hair that she was wrong about and not being of any help, I called this location (which is the farthest away from me) to make a hair consultation. I was so happy they could get me in sooner than the other locations because I'M GETTING MARRIED SOON! Remember, I called on Wednesday, January 9th. I had called days after Saturday, January 6th, and days before I made the consultation for, which was today, Saturday, January 13th. The day before, on January 12th, we had a blizzard. So, I called this morning before my consultation to make sure they were going to be open today. Someone answered, and I told them I was just seeing if they were still going to be open today because of the weather and because I have a hair consultation and told them at what time. They said, "We will see you then!" So, I leave home in frigid temperatures and travel almost half an hour to this location for my consultation, WHICH I SCHEDULED FOR TODAY, SATURDAY, JANUARY 13TH! But when I got there, they told me I scheduled it for Saturday, January 6th, the Saturday BEFORE I called, and that there were no stylists in today! I was a regular at the Beauty Firsts in Lincoln before moving to Omaha and a firm supporter of local businesses, but I would rather go to Great Clips across the street from me before coming here again! Would be less of a waste of time!"
