"I absolutely love this specific Wendy's location! I have been going to this location since 2005, & have yet to get a order that was wrong, or missing items! I often ask the kind & friendly manager there if he has a cot in back of the kitchen & moved his tv in from home, because he "literally is always there at the pick up window, checking every order before it goes out that window, making certain that every order is correct, hot, & is accurate himself! He is 100% accurate every time I've gone there which is sometimes two to three times a week since 2005! 100% accuracy in 14 years of frequent service!! You don't get that anywhere likely on the planet at any fast food place, except....Urbandale, IA Wendy's!!! Dude......You are the best!!! Thanks so very much for you're amazing & unheard of service!!!"

"The bake potato was good. I wanted grilled chicken and the only way I could get it was if I ordered grilled chicken wrap. I believe they should have grilled chicken available the same as chicken nuggets; Only grilled chicken nuggets. It was good just didn’t want the wrap."

"We used a "2 classic chicken sandwich small combo for $12" to night. The food was hot we used the drive thru. The chicken sandwich larger than I expected and the crisp pickles were a great surprise. We will be eating there again soon."

"Went through the drive through. Ordered a sandwich, fries and a salad. Got the food and started to drive away. Decided to check the bags before I left. I got the salad and fries but no sandwich. Circled around the building, got into the drive through lane. I stopped briefly at the ordering spot but didn't get acknowledged. Drove up to the window. I told the man working at the window that I didn't get my sandwich. He looked back, grabbed a bag a handed it to me. He Never said sorry or anything."

"This was by far the friendliest wait staff I've had the pleasure of ordering from in several years! They were all pleasant, professional and helpful. Especially since the pandemic, most employees really don't seem to care and this crew really works well as a team and makes their customers feel cared for. I was there Saturday night around 7pm on 1/28/23."
