"Very nice staff, inviting environment! Went for brow wax and lamination 10/10, lash lift and tint turned out beautiful, also a manicure! The best staff, the worst feeling is when you leave not liking a service, here never be afraid to let them know they want you to leave happy!!!! Will only be booking here from now on! I have gone to so many nail salons and have gotten my lashes done elsewhere this has been my best experience. Highly recommend. Support small businesses mother and daughter owned!"

"Worst Lash Salon in Sioux Falls! I went to go and get my lashes done and when I walked in there were three kids running around with toys all over the place, i wasn’t greeted at all and when she was working with another client I could clearly hear their conversation and I would not get into details but it their conversation was disgusting. I about walked out in the first five minutes but i gave it the benefit of the doubt to stay. When I got sat down my consultations was rushed and i had no idea what I was honestly going to end up with. My lash tech was yelling at her kids, playing dirty music, and on top of that talking to a doctor on the phone about medical stuff for her kids. The appointment took only 35 minutes for a full set, felt super rushed. When she was done the looked fine but when I went home I noticed there was zero isolation to the lashes and they were all clumped together. After about a week my natural lashes were in so much pain! they felt like they were constantly being pulled. My natural lashes were constantly falling out and damaged. I was out of town when i just couldn’t take the pain any more so tried everything online to try and get them off. Coconut oil, hot showers, vacaline, micceller water, everything. when i called the salon to ask how to get them off they said try those things but they would contact me for some more ideas. I never received any contact after I had called them about it. Unprofessional, dirty, and DESTROYED my natural lashes, never ever get your lashes done here."

"Had my lashes lifted and gel done on my nails. Gals are easy to talk to. Shop is clean. Lashes turned out great. Nails did have some bubbling under, but I am hard on my nails, and still look good. The gals communicate if they are running behind."
