"The ride on carts are always dead. Being disabled makes it impossible to walk around the store. Out of the ten times I have been there in the last year nine of those trips left me stranded in the store. Had to have stranger get me a new cart. That cart did not even make it to the check out. I left everything I was going to buy and left the store. Employees saw me struggle and did nothing."
