Kubat Compounding

"Ordering CPAP and oxygen supplies is a nightmare, customer service representatives for the most part are not pleasant as if they are annoyed in their position. They never follow through or call back. I would not recommend this company."

"The 3.2 average review seems accurate. The delays and mistakes I have witnessed are annoying. The "double talk" or what some would call blatant lies is unethical in a compounding pharmacy where trust is paramount. Having half of the company go out of business at this location has not helped. Kubats was a loved pharmacy, I remember getting my streptococcus meds when I was 6 years old."

"Got a cpap Max in September. I’ve had to call them twice about mask leakage. Tried two different masks , still leaking. I told my pulmonologist about it and he wants to set me up for another overnight sleep study so they can find the right mask for me. So what is the point of Kubat if I have to have another sleep study to find out what mask work? They have never called to follow up. I think it’s time I go somewhere that cares!!!!"

"I do not recommend. Save yourself the headache of dealing with a company with no follow through and no organization. Dealing with Kubat has been a nightmare dealing with my cpap supply needs and compliancy status. Almost a year of mix ups, and lack of clean supplies. Go somewhere else if at all possible."
