"Have strep throat and waiting pharmacy to fill my prescription they r now saying they r closed when it is only 5p and they close at 6p I can't go back to work until I start my antibiotics 0/10 can't get ahold of anyone cuz it's the weekend and am in pain and can't get any help until I get my antibiotics."

"Do not go here. I've never had such an unprofessional pharmacy experience in my life. I had my wisdom teeth removed and had 3 prescriptions sent to this CVS on 10/18/22. When I got there 4 hours after my surgery, they told me that I was prescribed Percocet and a prescription mouthwash, but they were out of stock on the painkiller. When I called my dentist to transfer the prescription, my dentist informed me I should have an antibiotic, hydrocodone/Tylenol, and the prescription mouthwash. I asked the pharmacist if they had an antibiotic for me, and she told me they didn't. And, I wasn't prescribed Percocet at all. I told my dentist to transfer everything except the mouthwash to a different location. Then, the pharmacist or tech gave me the antibiotics she originally told me she didn't have a prescription for (which complicated my pickup at the other pharmacy since I had it transferred there) and didn't give me any time to ask questions and she didn't even go over what I had been given. Absolutely horrible experience, and she clearly didn't understand or care about the importance of her job."

"Avoid this CVS at all costs. I’ve had several issues with terrible customer service, I literally had one of the employees yell at me for using GoodRX, but today was the worst of it all. I had surgery and needed to pick up my pain medication. I showed up at 7:59 (they close at 8) and the girl was standing behind the counter on her phone. I waited a moment to see if she would ask me if I needed help. After a moment passed, I said hi excuse me I just need to pick up a prescription. She said “oh it’s 8 we’re closed now” … I said I just had surgery and really need my pain medication. She told me to come back at 9am. My next dose for my medication has to be taken at 1am and again at 7am … I am now having to miss TWO doses of medication after an extremely painful surgery all because she didn’t want to take a moment to help me. I showed up before close. I should’ve been able to get my medication. I’m so frustrated. I’ve given this location so many chances, like I said even after terrible customer service experiences, but after one of the worst weeks of my life and the most painful surgery I’ve ever had, she couldn’t have a little compassion and take 2 minutes to hand me a prescription that’s already been filled and ready to go. Do better CVS …"

"Month after month. Meds I get every month. Either they dont have it ordered or mess it up delaying my meds. Then when they don't fill it ontime it pushes out (in my case) your next month of meds further out....BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE. Done with this CVS. Horrible customer service. Assistants don't really know what's going on and this location rotates pharmacists WAY too much which doesn't help."
