"This company is unethical. I closed my account with them a year ago. Did not like how they do buisness. Just yesterday they did a test charge on my credit card. To see if my credit card was good. Remember I closed my account with them over a year ago. Luckily this credit card had just switched to another carrier and no longer a valid card. I got notification of a charge attempt. Called and the lady stated they go thru the system to test all cards to see if they are good. Oak Creek Pharmacy has no right to do this. They do not have permission to run a unnecessary charge. They only refund if you call them. That is fraud plain and simple. Beware if you you use this company."
"Major deception going on here with this company!!! We were made to believe that our insurance takes care of the payments for our diabetic testing equipment. Then they drop the bomb of never-ending e-mails about being sent to collection, (threats really!!!). Poor us already dealing with diabetes and have to deal with these opportunists!!! So terribly disappointing that there are people like them in this world!!!"

"they sent my free tester...but little did I know the strips they sent they charged for. so of course I used them to see how this thing worked. so then we got into some whoha with them on the money, they charged my insurance twice. then kept calling and emailing that I still owe them. my wife contacted them because I was so p***ed I couldn't talk to them. so we got it worked out. so I thought. then it started again. so she talked to them again and even had them send in writing that we were done. then again. so this time she just says ok..i'll pay the $25.00 but wants in writing again. so we think we are done...noooo. once more they send an email. so she calls again, tells them to take us out of their system we are done and paid. guess what? yes, I just got another email they are going to send us to collections. these idiots. I'm thinking of just getting an attorney and sue them for the stress and harassment. maybe taking money from them is the only way to get them to stop. this company is such a rip off. maybe if they get a bunch of unhappy people to file a big a lawsuit they'd stop and learn their lesson. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. and why is it you cannot talk to anyone as far as a supervisor or manager. if you ask they are either not there or the rep just passes you on to another rep who says they are one. what a gimmick. who is running this rip off company? sorry for the one star...it won't let me take it off."
"I stopped shipment more than a year ago. After numerous calls on how to sign up for auto pay. I then shipped all the product back and they sent an invoice for $25 yesterday for the shipment on (July 2015) I called to pay and the CSR states I owe $75. I said the invoice state $25, which he said they will send a new one each time you pay? What really? So I paid the $75 to never hear from them again. Beware this is one messed up company. DJ"
