"A family member had hip surgery and the drive thru said it would be 20 minutes to get them ready. They were told he had just had hip surgery and she still said 20 min. We waited and I went into store looking for a peice to put shoes on. Asked when I was in there if his meds were about ready and was told another 20 min. We had already waited 15 and he's in the car and wasn't able to go in. This is very stupid that it takes that long"
