"Eddy the pharmacist from the Saddle Creek store here in Omaha, quite literally may have saved my moms life. We were prescribed a medication after my mom had heart surgery today. Unfortunately the doctor prescribed a dosage that was not covered by insurance. Out of pocket the medication was going to be $400. I was prepared to put the amount on my credit card, because we needed it. However, Eddy took the time to change some details and eventually got the medication completely covered. Eddy, I owe you and my family and I are so thankful."

"Why was I on hold 11 minutes to get an answer about the availability of a specialty type of apple when the fruit section is less than 30 seconds walk from the phone? And 2 people got on the phone after the 1st lady as if it was a brand new phone call? I guess they don't like answering questions. LESS THEN IMPRESSED!!!"
