Frank stout insurance was not answering the phone and when they did answer the phone would argue and yell at the dealership. The dealership had given frank stout insurance the information they needed. Never got a loaner, had to quit my job because no transportation. Can't even drive the car had to have it towed. Now I have a piece of metal with wheels in my drive way that's not drivable. Save you're time and money. This insurance company is a joke."
