Had an emergency tire repair done in 15 min or less and Sean (sp) didn't charge me a thing! What a wonderful kindness and service. Thank you, Sean! Five star service for sure!"

"I was leaving work for my commute home when I noticed I had a low tire warning. I thought I should stop and fill it up. I tried, but it was extremely cold out, and nothing seemed to go into the tire. I searched for the tire shops near me and found this establishment. I called explaining I have a long commute home and would like someone to check my tire. The man on the phone told me to stop by it would be about 15-20 minutes before they could help me. I made it there and was greeted right away. I waited comfortably in their waiting area about 20 minutes, and then they took a look at my tire. Turns out I had a hole in the tire. I was prepared to pay for some repair and service. The manager fixed and filled my tires, then wasn't going to charge me. He just wanted me to get home safely. I had no appointment. I had just purchased a new set of winter tires 2 months ago from my local tire shop (not them). This manager and his employees actually care. I did leave a tip because they went out of their way to do something extra for someone who hadn't given them any business prior. They would not charge me for the repair that assured I would make it home safely. If you are in the market for new tires, need an oil change, or battery for your vehicle in the DesMoines area, you should check these guys out. They will take care of you!!"

"Made appt online show up they don’t have me down so now I call. This is the 2nd time I have called gotten an appt show up and they don’t have me down. Very frustrating! This used to be a great location to get your car serviced. Not anymore. I will take my business to the dealership so much for supporting local business……."

"The receipt stated that a courtesy tire rotation had been completed but the tire with low air pressure was still in the same position. Also the inspection report stated 35 psi in all tires, but one was at 29 which is dangerously low. Also I brought in a coupon for a $49 oil change and left paying $67. They wanted me to spend another $2086.52 in maintenance but I have no confidence in their work due to these poor inspections."
