"Three times in a row we’ve ordered pizza and they have utterly screwed it up. Tonight we ordered via the app three hours ago. We arrived at the pick up time and they hadn’t even started it. Casey’s has really started to go downhill."

"I was not feeling well last night so I decided to order Casey’s through my Casey’s app. After I placed the order I realized it was a 110 minute wait. There was no place to cancel in the app but my email confirmation told me if I need to cancel to call the store. I call this store and ask to cancel my order. A lady tells me I can’t cancel because I ordered through Door Dash. I tell her, no I ordered through CASEYS. The manager gets on the phone to say he needs to call someone else to get the order cancelled and he will call me back. Remind you my wait time was 110 mins and I called to cancel immediately. I never got a call back and my order arrived 2 hours later. Smh Casey’s."

"Despite growing up in Iowa, and once loving Casey’s, I was reminded today why over the last several years I’ve begun to avoid them like the plague. Since it was directly on my route I thought it would be quick and convenient to just fuel here. I was wrong. 2 of the 4 diesel handles were bagged and I proceeded to find out that at least one more should have been. Of course this is in addition to the multiple gas handles I saw out of order and the air compressor. Couple that with the fact that the store looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in roughly two decades, it will be amazing if Casey’s isn’t dead and gone within 5 years. As far as I’m concerned, good riddance!"

"An older gentlemen on saturdays night shift took my order. He was so sweet and started making my pizza right away. A large pizza just for me because i wanted the left overs. He happily shared the best ways to reheat my pizza! Service was fast and pizza was cooked perfectly. Thank you"

"We frequent this location. Food is always fresh. And employees are ALWAYS super nice, friendly, and helpful."
