Rather disgusted at the treatment I have received at your locations I asked her for coperate number she refused to give it to me I do not deserve e the kind D of disrespect I have received in your stores Terrible just k iw I wi8ll be calling coperate including ceo of your company I want something done about this"

"This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. I would have taken a picture of the moldy ice cream machine but you get the picture.. The owner or management really needs to step up their game or hire employees that care. Very unfortunate."

"The manager, Amy, is absolutely terrible. Not only to customers but to the employees as well. She is lazy, she literally will listen to the phone ring multiple times and will not answer it. She barks orders at the employees who are already very busy. When a customer has a complaint, her response is “go to another caseys”. She also smokes right in front of the front doors. Definitely not someone you want running your store."
