I had a healthy fear of the dentist, from the moment I walked in the staff was so warm and welcoming. I meet Dr Campbell and he asked me what I wanted to accomplish I said I want my smile back he said let’s go many visits into the process I became a member of the Campbell crew treated with care and compassion, special thanks to Telisha she was amazing ! I finally got my smile it brought tears to my eyes and I gave the good doctor a big hug I came from California, but every time I smile I’ll think of Iowa and the kindness of Dr Campbell and amazing staff.❤️"

"Horrible experience in 2018, I will never return. My insurance covers 100% of dental. The first incident was the office called me to say my insurance wasn't paying for the total bill. I called insurance company and found out the reason was they wouldn't pay dentist twice to pull the same tooth. Dentist had messed up the documentation and that's why they weren't getting paid full amount. Then when I went to my appt to get top teeth pulled & get dentures, the staff informed me they were unable to verify my insurance coverage online. My husband had been off work for few weeks due to an injury & I thought maybe we had lost insurance so I was calling insurance company to double check if we were covered & John E Campbell came out to waiting room & was very rude, he made a comment about he needed money too. I told him I needed to verify insurance & I couldn't afford to pay out of pocket for pulling several teeth & top dentures. After I verified I did have coverage, I considered not going thru appointment because of his behavior and wish I wouldnt of. After he pulled over 5 teeth, Campbell tried refusing to give me any pain pills. I understand the opioid epidemic but I've received pain pills after getting 1 tooth pulled. I regret getting dentures from Campells office. My dentures arent even & I there is one really long tooth. After the attitude the dentist gave me, one would think the quality would of been better. Well I'm glad I didnt have to pay out of pocket but had to wait 3 years to get another set, but I will be requesting over dentures because I have never got my dentures to fit correctly, Ive always has to use some adhesive, at least twice a day, even after getting them realigned. I am disgusted with the whole experience, the dentist behavior & the quality of denture. Giving 1 star was too much in my opinion."

"All of the doctors in Campbell Dentistry are extremely professional and compassionate. The hygienist is wonderful also. I am a dental professional myself and can assure you that the dentistry provided by these people is top notch. People have no idea of the quality of dental care they receive until they start having problems and then it leads to unnecessary pain and expense due to poor dental treatment. I highly recommend Campbell Dentistry."
