"I was never so mistreated in my life. First, during my cleaning they treated me like an experiment just because I had some retainers from other country that they have never seen before. Never came back to this place because I felt humiliated. Then, they didn’t submit anything to my insurance, never got a letter, called one (which I called back) and sent me a bill 1.5 years later through a collector. I NEVER got a bill from them and now it’s over the date to submit. Call them and the lady mistreated me saying that was my problem and hanged up on me. Seriously! I’m pregnant and in tears with this with so disrespect."

He's a nice guy, and treats you like he values your business! I have had dentists in the past where they treat me like a piece of meat (previous generation old timer dentists) who really didn't seem to care about you personally, but Dr. Gradoville has a genuine attitude, and cares about getting the job done, while retaining a good relationship with the patient.
