"terrible service, they cancelled my appointments a few times and when I decided to stop working with them they stole from me and they did not give me the Invisalign for my daughter. I do not recommend to be able to pay for the treatment for my daughter it took years and they still made me payed for the treatment and I did not get it."

"Dr. Norman was nice but the billing part was just a nightmare. They refused to communicate with insurance. As a result we had multiple times of charging me twice, took so long of getting refund. They also mentioned that we would have some money left for my son's second brace but now we realized there was no money left. They billed insurance incorrect codes so that our benefit was maxed out...They refused to resend correct code and yelled at us over the phone. Very disappointed."

"They made so many mistakes of treatment cost. They did not want to submit the way insurance wanted but they did their own way created more mistakes. We were trying to be nice but they were so rude and impolite. We did not appreciate the language they used to us. We will file complain to American Dental Association and BBB for sure."

Having 3 children all under her care they do their best to schedule appts together so I don’t have to make multiple trips. I couldn’t ask for a better team!!"
