"While I have been a patient for years, I had a bad experience yesterday with their staff. After my appointment, I was told that I needed to pay a lump sum payment that was due immediately in the amount of $1157 (after insurance). While I was aware that I would need to pay a portion of my crown, I was not expecting this large amount - nor was I told beforehand that this was due at the time of the appointment. I have always relied on their office to keep me informed on my insurance and was told that I need to do that myself. I also left a simple suggestion for their office - that if there is a payment coming due, please remind the customer when you call/send them an appt reminder. Common courtesy."
