"WARNING!!!! WARNING- Green Valley Ranch in Nevada area the delivery Fedex assigned for this area around Christmas is a HUGE thief!!! It will open packages and mark them as delivered! I've called the FEDEX office and all they could do is give me a case number.... I am beyond frustrated because I have more packages ready to be shipped and since the first one got STOLEN I am not able to sleep or have Peace knowing that FEDEX people don't care who is delivering or about our packages that we carefuly pick and pay also patiently wait just to be stolen by the delivery worker!...I would have felt better that is was a "porch burglar' but since I have cameras that record 24/7 and dogs that go nuts when someone is approaching to the front door and I stay home. No stars at all! but to do this review I had to give it something!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!"
"An employee named Cindy wants nothing to do this. She keeps telling me this isn't a FedEx and offers lackadaisical help when I ship my items. Shes a NO type person and will immediately go for a no instead of checking to see if it's possible. Really poor place to put an OnSite FedEx."
