"We had ITA book a trip to London for us. We requested and paid for upgrade on our seats for the 8 hour plane ride. When returning to the US the airline had no record of our upgraded seats and had to ride in Coach for entire 8 hour flight. Had ITA book a driver for us in London and car was booked for a.m. instead of p.m. Tried to contact ITA and got a voicemail. Explained our situation and call response was ‘we have no record of booking a car for you!!!!’ Flight home from London got canceled and called ITA emergency number for help and got no answer. I would never recommend ITA to anyone!!!"
