I was dreading the appointment after being referred to NW IA Endodontics (Spencer location) from my dentist, but that dread was unnecessary. From the time I got seated in the chair to the time I left, everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful and put me right at ease. Dr. Dan explained everything to me in layman's terms as he was performing the procedure and I didn't feel a thing. They gave me options to ensure I was comfortable throughout. I was in and out in less than an hour, and that includes the short amount of time I was in the waiting room after checking in. Highly recommend Dr. Dan at NW IA Endodontics and would go back without hesitation if needed."
